The XHC MKX-V series is a set of CNC controller cards designed to work with Mach3 software. Each card in the series (MK3-V, MK4-V, and MK6-V) supports different numbers of axes, with the MK3-V supporting 3 axes, the MK4-V supporting 4 axes, and the MK6-V supporting 6 axes.

• Power-off Data Saving: The cards support the ability to save data when the power is turned off, ensuring that you don’t lose any important settings or information.
• Spindle Speed Feedback: The cards have the capability to provide feedback on the spindle speed, allowing you to monitor and control the rotational speed of the spindle.
• USB Connectivity: The cards come with a 3-meter USB cable for connecting to your computer. They support USB hot-swapping, meaning you can connect or disconnect the card while the system is running, and the card will monitor the USB connection status.
• Step-Pulse Frequency: The maximum step-pulse frequency is 2000KHz, which determines the maximum speed at which the controller can send pulses to the stepper motors for precise movement control.
• Status Indicator LED: The card features an LED indicator that can show the USB connection and working status by flashing in specific patterns, providing visual feedback on the card’s status.
• I/O Ports: The cards provide 16 general-purpose inputs and 8 output ports. The outputs have a speed function, and the actual spindle speed can be displayed in real-time on the Mach3 interface.
• Isolation and Stability: All I/O ports on the card are isolated, ensuring stable performance and minimizing interference.
